AI Developer / Ingénieur ML

Work on the core of our systems — agents, RAG pipelines, Claude integration via MCP. Code you write ships to a client's production within the same week.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Build AI agents on Claude 4.7 and other models (task orchestration, tool use, function calling, MCP).
  • Design retrieval pipelines (RAG): embedding, indexing, re-ranking, evaluation.
  • Write FastAPI backends with tests, monitoring, and production observability.
  • Integrate with clients' CRMs, ERPs, and tools. Mailboxes, calendars, databases.
  • Optimize model costs — per-task routing, caching, batching.

Ce que nous attendons

  • 2+ years of commercial Python experience. Type hints, mypy, tests — standard.
  • Real projects with LLMs behind you (not just online courses). You know the difference between temperature 0.2 and 0.8 and when to use which.
  • FastAPI or similar async framework. Postgres. Redis. Docker.
  • You can read an API doc — even an incomplete one — and ship a working integration in a day.
  • You speak Polish and English — our clients are Polish, the docs are English.
  • Nice to have: vector DB experience (pgvector, Qdrant), eval frameworks, observability (OTEL).

  • Compensation: PLN 14,000–22,000 net B2B (mid) / PLN 22,000–32,000 net B2B (senior). Employment contract possible — proportionally lower.
  • Remote work, flexible hours, 26 days of paid 'leave' even on B2B.

AI Solutions Engineer

The link between client and dev team. You talk to the client about their process, design the solution, and run the deployment from zero to production.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Lead first calls with clients — understand the business problem and judge where AI makes sense and where it doesn't.
  • Design the solution architecture: which models, which integrations, what UX, what risks.
  • Run 4–8-week deployments: client brief, decision log, weekly demos, sign-off before production.
  • Prototype in Python — fast POCs that developers later 'productionize'.
  • Write documentation for clients and the team. Short, concrete, in clear language.

Ce que nous attendons

  • 3+ years of commercial tech experience — developer, consultant, or technical PM background.
  • Comfortable with Python (scripts, prototypes, integrations). Full-time engineering not required.
  • You get how language models work — what they can, can't, and how not to break them.
  • You can hold a conversation with both a C-level and a developer about the same problem — in the right language for each.
  • Native Polish, business English (calls, proposals, documents).

Ce que nous offrons

  • Compensation: PLN 16,000–24,000 net B2B + bonus for each implementation accepted by the client (~PLN 5,000–8,000).
  • Work on 4–6 projects per year across industries — retail, legal, marketing, manufacturing.
  • Remote + 1–2 days/week in the Warsaw office (if you live in the city).
  • Conference budget + unlimited access to all AI models.

AI Product & Customer Specialist

Your work after the product ships to the client — training the team, measuring impact, tuning the system to real work. The difference between a project that 'works' and one that 'sticks'.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Train client teams on our tools — webinars, docs, individual onboarding sessions.
  • Measure deployment impact: time saved, tasks automated, costs cut. Monthly reports to clients.
  • Tune prompts and configurations for specific clients — in the admin panel, no code.
  • Gather feedback from end users and pass it to developers — what to fix, add, remove.
  • Write case studies — with real numbers, for our website and sales materials.

Ce que nous attendons

  • 1+ year of work with business clients in an outcome-accountable role (customer success, product specialist, account manager).
  • You know AI tools from practice — Claude, ChatGPT, copilots — and can show exactly what you've automated in your current role.
  • Native Polish, B2+ English. Clear and simple writing.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, formulas) — enough, no Python needed.
  • Nice to have: B2B SaaS background, product metrics knowledge (NPS, retention, adoption).

First real engagement.

Studying computer science, cognitive science, mathematics, or just finished a bootcamp and want to try working with language models? We have a place for you — not to brew coffee, but to do real work on products that ship to clients.

We run internships three times a year: February–April, June–August (student favorite), October–December. Each internship is 3 months at 20–30h/week (negotiable around your schedule).

Each intern gets a mentor (one of our seniors you can call mid-day), a concrete project (not a list of 'rewrite the README' tasks), and a weekly 1:1 with feedback. After 3 months we usually propose continuation — either full-time or help finding work elsewhere if we're not a fit.

3 000 PLN / mois net

Standard intern compensation (B2B or contract of mandate). For full-time after the internship — junior range from the Product Specialist role.

If your university requires a mandatory traineeship — we accept unpaid traineeships of 80–160 hours. We issue a certificate + reference letter.

  • A small module of a production system — e.g., new integration, document parser, dashboard.
  • Real (anonymized) data, real code review, real production deploy.
  • Pick your track: more dev (Python, AI, backend) or more product (UX, data, clients).
